To all track and field members and coaches

We hope all of our track and field athletes and coaches have had a great break and are now raring to go for winter training!

 
Training started again this Tuesday.  Here are a few things to note:
 
  • 🌤🌧❄️Please come prepared for indoor and outdoor.  We will make use of both areas when we can.  Take a bag to put the kit in that you are not using and have everything named.
  • ↩️All athletes should continue to come round the side of the building and register at the crush area.  You will then be told whether you are training in the arena or on the track for that session.
  • 🖐🏻Everyone must sanitise their hands at the start and end of the every session and should do so throughout when using equipment.
  • 😷All athletes of 12 years and over need to wear a face covering to enter and exit the building for training in the arena or using the toilets/changing facilities.  Please take one to every session.  
  • 👟Remember not to enter the building with spikes on.
  • 💷Thanks to all who have made payment for primary athletes for this term.  We are still waiting on payment from some.  Please make sure this is paid before training.
  • 📧⌨️📱We understand that sometimes things come up and you can’t make a session.  Please let us know if you are not coming.  You can send a message to the Club Facebook page or email coaches@orkneyathleticclub.co.uk or welfare@orkneyathleticclub.co.uk.
  • ***If you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or you are waiting for test results, please do not come to training.***
