We are pleased to advise that Kevin Tait is running some indoor sessions for Club members interested in developing their High Jump technique. All in the arena at Picky.

# Saturday 1st February:

Primary age: 1-2:30pm; Secondary age: 2:30-4pm

# Saturday 29th February: 1-4pm**
# Saturday 28th March: 3:30-6:30pm**

** Time splits for the 2nd & 3rd sessions will be confirmed once we see what numbers are in each age group. Updates will be posted on the Club Facebook page.

The sessions are open to any Club member to attend, just turn up on the day. There is a fee of £3 per athlete, per session.
We appreciate it is short notice for the first session but hope some of you can attend – athletes are welcome to come to 1, 2 or all of the sessions but obviously the more you attend the greater the development opportunity!
The sessions will consist of a mixture of high jump specific warm-up routines and jumps practice.
Any parents/carers interested in learning more about how to officiate at high jump competitions are also very welcome to come along as this is a great informal chance to learn the rules ahead of our home competition series when we are always in need of volunteers to help out.
