Changes to Training Times

After trialing the booking system and coaching sessions this week we have decided to revert back to our original Tuesday & Thursday training times, with Juniors (primary school) from 6-7pm and Seniors (secondary school) & Adults (18+) from 7-8pm.

Athletes must still book in for training and we ask that you please book your full week’s training by the Sunday evening before. Athletes will no longer select the coach for training, and instead the coaches will look at the list and put the athletes into the relevant training groups.

These changes will come into effect as of the week commencing 7th September. Anyone who had previously booked into a Monday or Wednesday session will automatically be moved to the Tuesday and Thursday.

I would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding during this time. It has been a difficult task to try to figure out the best way to offer the training under the current guidelines,
